Asbestos Removal
We handle asbestos removal and abatement for homes and commercial buildings across Northern California. Work runs under sealed containment with negative air machines, and the waste goes to a landfill approved to take it.
Fire damage cleanup is the work that starts after the fire is out. We are a family company in business since 1967, and we cover Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento and the Bay Area.
Some buildings need a full teardown. Others need one burned section cut out while the rest of the house stands. We look at what is left, then quote the teardown and the hauling. Fire debris removal ends with the lot cleared and ready for your rebuild contractor.

Once the fire is out, someone has to decide what stays and what comes down. Burned framing can look solid and be gone inside. We read the structure from the outside before anyone steps in. That read sets the plan for the teardown.
Burned house demolition means the whole structure comes down at once. That work runs like our house demolition jobs, with an excavator and haul trucks. A kitchen or garage fire is a smaller job. We cut out the burned section and leave the sound framing standing.
Fire does not destroy asbestos or lead. It breaks them up and spreads them through the ash. Older homes hold asbestos in floor tile and pipe wrap, and paint from before 1978 can carry lead. Ash gets wetted down instead of swept or blown.
California has rules for how burned debris is handled and where it can go. A certified asbestos consultant surveys the building, and we handle the removal under our asbestos removal and abatement scope. Crews taking out more than 100 square feet of asbestos must register with Cal OSHA. We carry CAL OSHA #507 and CSLB #247684.
Homeowners call us after a house fire. Property owners and insurers' contractors call us on commercial buildings and rentals. We give you weight tickets and disposal records from the facilities that take the loads. Those go in the claim file with your other paperwork.
House fires happen year round in the Central Valley, and wildfire debris comes with the foothill and coast jobs. We cover Modesto and Stockton in the Valley, and run west for fire-damaged buildings in Oakland and Fremont. On the Bay side we reach San Jose, San Francisco, Santa Clara and the Peninsula. That same run covers fire cleanup in Santa Cruz on the coast.
Free, no-obligation estimates across the Central Valley, the Bay Area and Sacramento.

Tell us what needs to come down or come out, and where the property is. You talk to the people who run the work, not a call center.
We walk the job, check access and materials, and flag anything that needs an asbestos survey first. The estimate is free and it holds.
Demolition permits, air district notifications, utility disconnects: we handle the paperwork phase and tell you what the schedule looks like.
The crew does the work, debris gets hauled to the right facilities, and you get a site that is ready for whatever comes next.

Commercial demolition for retail buildings, small offices, warehouses and ag structures. We handle the asbestos abatement, the utility cuts, the teardown and the debris loads. Buildings up to two or three stories are our size range.
Interior demolition for remodels and tenant improvements across the Central Valley and Bay Area. We gut spaces down to the studs and hand back a clean shell your builder can start in.
We break out and haul away old concrete. Driveways, garage slabs, patios, walkways, foundations and footings all come out the same way. Broken concrete goes to a recycling yard and gets crushed into base rock.
Land clearing for overgrown lots across the Central Valley, Bay Area, Sacramento, and Santa Cruz. We cut back brush and growth, then haul the debris and old fencing off the lot.
Asbestos is where demolition jobs go sideways. We carry CSLB #247684 and CAL OSHA #507, so the abatement and the teardown run under one contractor instead of two schedules.
The company started as a homebuilder in 1967. Decades of flooring work came next, and demolition grew out of it. The same family still runs the company.
We cover the Central Valley, the Bay Area, Sacramento and Santa Cruz. Modesto, Stockton, San Jose, San Francisco and the cities between them are all regular runs.
We price after looking at the building, the access and the survey. You get a real number before work starts, and the paperwork for every load when it ends.
A building that needs to come down, a space to gut, asbestos in the survey, or a fire to clean up after? Call or send the form. We look at the property, price the job in person, and give you a number that holds. Estimates are free.
