Asbestos Removal
We handle asbestos removal and abatement for homes and commercial buildings across Northern California. Work runs under sealed containment with negative air machines, and the waste goes to a landfill approved to take it.
Sandblasting strips old paint, coating and grime off a surface with air and abrasive. Our work covers the Central Valley, the Bay Area and Sacramento, including sandblasting in Modesto. The equipment comes to your site, so walls, slabs, steel and stucco get blasted where they stand. What you get back is a clean, sound surface that new paint or coating can grip.
This company has been in the family since 1967. It started out building homes, spent decades in flooring, then moved into environmental and demolition work. We hold CSLB #247684 and CAL OSHA #507, and every estimate is free. We look at the surface, the coating and the access before we price a sandblasting job.

Sandblasting pushes abrasive at a surface under air pressure through a hose and a hardened nozzle. The abrasive knocks loose whatever sits on top and stops at the hard material below. Old paint, epoxy, mill scale, rust and years of heavy soil all come off that way. On a stucco wall, the blast takes the finish back to bare substrate in a clean line. How hard we run the nozzle depends on the surface and on what has to stay put.
We blast concrete, block, brick, stucco, steel and wood siding on buildings and structures. Concrete sandblasting cleans a slab or a wall face before paint or a new coating goes down. Graffiti lifts off block and concrete cleanly, right down into the pores of the surface. Steel comes back to clean bare metal, which is what primer needs to hold on. When a wall or slab is coming out anyway, the blasting runs with our concrete demolition work.
Dry sandblasting throws dust, and on an occupied building or a tight lot that matters. Most of our outside work runs as slurry blasting, which people also call wet sandblasting. Water rides along with the abrasive and knocks the dust down as it leaves the nozzle. The spent abrasive and old paint fall close to the wall instead of drifting off the site. We screen and cover the work area, then sweep up the spent media and haul it off the site.
Some surfaces come clean with water by itself, and that changes the tool we bring. Where that works, we switch to hydro blasting at 40,000 psi with full HEPA vacuum recovery. The unit pulls the water and the debris back as the coating comes off the surface. Inside a building that is still in use, that is usually the better way to go. We look at the job first, then tell you whether sandblasting or water suits it better.
Property owners call for sandblasting when paint is failing or a wall looks stained and tired. General contractors bring us in to clean a structure before the next trade starts work. Facility managers use us on block walls, structural steel, loading docks and equipment pads. Coating installers hire us to rough up a slab so their product bonds the way it should. After a fire, blasting can take soot and char off block and concrete as part of our fire damage cleanup work.
A sandblasting job starts with a site visit and a free estimate. We check the surface, the coating, the access and anything nearby that has to be protected. On the day, we mask glass, doors and plants, then set screening around the work zone. Blasting runs from the ground or from a lift, in full protective gear, one wall at a time. At the end we collect the spent media and water, haul it off, and hand back a clean surface.
Free, no-obligation estimates across the Central Valley, the Bay Area and Sacramento.

Tell us what needs to come down or come out, and where the property is. You talk to the people who run the work, not a call center.
We walk the job, check access and materials, and flag anything that needs an asbestos survey first. The estimate is free and it holds.
Demolition permits, air district notifications, utility disconnects: we handle the paperwork phase and tell you what the schedule looks like.
The crew does the work, debris gets hauled to the right facilities, and you get a site that is ready for whatever comes next.

We handle residential demolition across Northern California. That covers whole houses, garages, sheds, and mobile homes. Work starts with an asbestos survey and permits, then the teardown and haul-off. A family company since 1967.
Commercial demolition for retail buildings, small offices, warehouses and ag structures. We handle the asbestos abatement, the utility cuts, the teardown and the debris loads. Buildings up to two or three stories are our size range.
Interior demolition for remodels and tenant improvements across the Central Valley and Bay Area. We gut spaces down to the studs and hand back a clean shell your builder can start in.
We break out and haul away old concrete. Driveways, garage slabs, patios, walkways, foundations and footings all come out the same way. Broken concrete goes to a recycling yard and gets crushed into base rock.
Fire damage cleanup starts once the fire is out and the building is cold. We take down burned structures and haul the debris to permitted disposal sites. The lot is left clear for your rebuild contractor.
Asbestos is where demolition jobs go sideways. We carry CSLB #247684 and CAL OSHA #507, so the abatement and the teardown run under one contractor instead of two schedules.
The company started as a homebuilder in 1967. Decades of flooring work came next, and demolition grew out of it. The same family still runs the company.
We cover the Central Valley, the Bay Area, Sacramento and Santa Cruz. Modesto, Stockton, San Jose, San Francisco and the cities between them are all regular runs.
We price after looking at the building, the access and the survey. You get a real number before work starts, and the paperwork for every load when it ends.
A building that needs to come down, a space to gut, asbestos in the survey, or a fire to clean up after? Call or send the form. We look at the property, price the job in person, and give you a number that holds. Estimates are free.
