Asbestos Removal
We handle asbestos removal and abatement for homes and commercial buildings across Northern California. Work runs under sealed containment with negative air machines, and the waste goes to a landfill approved to take it.
Hydro blasting strips adhesive and coatings off concrete using water at 40,000 psi. We run the unit on site across the Central Valley, the Bay Area and Sacramento. That includes hydro blasting in Modesto and the towns nearby. Water alone does the cutting, so there is no sand and no chemical in the mix.
The family has run this company since 1967. It started as a homebuilder, then spent decades in flooring. Today we work in environmental and demolition under CSLB #247684 and CAL OSHA #507. Floors are still where most of our hydro blasting work lands.

Hydro blasting uses a pump that pushes plain water up to 40,000 psi. At that pressure the stream cuts adhesive, coating and sealer right off the top of the concrete. The head rides on the slab and works in overlapping passes, much the way a floor grinder does. Nothing hard is thrown at the surface, so the sound concrete underneath the coating is left alone. The water and everything it lifts go into the HEPA vacuum built into the same unit.
The vacuum runs off that same unit and pulls the slurry up as fast as the head makes it. Floors come up damp rather than flooded, and the spent water is captured as we go. Because there is no dry dust in the air, the space next door can stay open. That recovery is what makes hydro blasting workable in a building that is still in use. Other trades can keep going on their own scope while we run the floor.
Most hydro blasting calls are about something stuck to a slab. Carpet glue, tile mastic, black cutback adhesive and floor paint all come off with the water. So do epoxy and urethane coatings, plus the sealer on an older warehouse floor. Where the floor covering has to come up first, that is our flooring removal and surface preparation work. What is left is a slab with an open profile that a new coating can grab.
Hydro blasting also cleans concrete ramps, loading docks and equipment pads, since the water lifts oil, paint and sealer and leaves the slab sound. On stucco, block, brick and painted masonry an abrasive usually moves faster on the same square footage. That is our sand and slurry blasting work, and it runs on lifts and scaffold outside. Sometimes both tools run on one building, one on the walls and one on the floor. Send a photo of the slab and what is on it, and we can tell you which fits.
Property owners call us when a floor has to be stripped before a remodel or a sale. General contractors bring us in on tenant improvements, where the slab has to be clean for the next trade. Facility managers use hydro blasting in warehouses, kitchens, gyms and retail floors that have to keep running. Coating installers hire us for the profile, since a new epoxy only holds on a clean, open slab. Schools, hospitals, offices and stores are typical settings, because the work stays wet and stays inside the tape.
A job starts with a free estimate, and we come out and look at the slab in person. We check what is on it, how thick the layer runs, and where water and power come from. On the day, we set plastic and tape at the openings so the wet work stays in one room. The hydro blasting unit works its passes while the vacuum takes the water and debris as they lift. The spent water and debris leave with the recovery unit, and the slab is swept and handed back.
Free, no-obligation estimates across the Central Valley, the Bay Area and Sacramento.

Tell us what needs to come down or come out, and where the property is. You talk to the people who run the work, not a call center.
We walk the job, check access and materials, and flag anything that needs an asbestos survey first. The estimate is free and it holds.
Demolition permits, air district notifications, utility disconnects: we handle the paperwork phase and tell you what the schedule looks like.
The crew does the work, debris gets hauled to the right facilities, and you get a site that is ready for whatever comes next.

We handle residential demolition across Northern California. That covers whole houses, garages, sheds, and mobile homes. Work starts with an asbestos survey and permits, then the teardown and haul-off. A family company since 1967.
Commercial demolition for retail buildings, small offices, warehouses and ag structures. We handle the asbestos abatement, the utility cuts, the teardown and the debris loads. Buildings up to two or three stories are our size range.
Interior demolition for remodels and tenant improvements across the Central Valley and Bay Area. We gut spaces down to the studs and hand back a clean shell your builder can start in.
We break out and haul away old concrete. Driveways, garage slabs, patios, walkways, foundations and footings all come out the same way. Broken concrete goes to a recycling yard and gets crushed into base rock.
Fire damage cleanup starts once the fire is out and the building is cold. We take down burned structures and haul the debris to permitted disposal sites. The lot is left clear for your rebuild contractor.
Asbestos is where demolition jobs go sideways. We carry CSLB #247684 and CAL OSHA #507, so the abatement and the teardown run under one contractor instead of two schedules.
The company started as a homebuilder in 1967. Decades of flooring work came next, and demolition grew out of it. The same family still runs the company.
We cover the Central Valley, the Bay Area, Sacramento and Santa Cruz. Modesto, Stockton, San Jose, San Francisco and the cities between them are all regular runs.
We price after looking at the building, the access and the survey. You get a real number before work starts, and the paperwork for every load when it ends.
A building that needs to come down, a space to gut, asbestos in the survey, or a fire to clean up after? Call or send the form. We look at the property, price the job in person, and give you a number that holds. Estimates are free.
